Andestination is a marketplace that connects independent trekking and mountaineering providers in Mendoza, Argentina with adventurers looking to book their activities. By creating an account or making a booking, you agree to the terms below.
1. What Andestination is (and isn't)
Andestination lists activities on behalf of independent providers. Providers — not Andestination — are responsible for delivering the activity, its safety, guiding qualifications, equipment, and compliance with local regulations. We don't operate tours ourselves.
2. Bookings & payment
A booking is a request until the provider confirms it. Payment methods and cancellation terms are shown at checkout for each activity; providers may set their own cancellation policy.
3. Provider accounts
Providers may list up to two images per activity and are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, pricing, and availability. Andestination may remove listings that are misleading, unsafe, or violate these terms.
4. Assumption of risk
Trekking and mountaineering carry inherent risks, including at high altitude. Adventurers book activities at their own risk and should confirm insurance, fitness, and equipment requirements directly with the provider before booking.
5. Changes
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
