This page explains what information Andestination collects and how it's used.
1. What we collect
Account details you provide (name, email, phone), booking details (activity, dates, party size), and — if you sign in with Google — your name, email, and profile picture from your Google account. Providers additionally provide a company name and activity listings, including any photos they upload.
2. How we use it
To create and manage your account, process and display bookings to the relevant provider, and let you leave reviews on activities you've completed. We don't sell your data to third parties.
3. Sharing
When you book an activity, the provider you booked with can see your name, contact details, and booking information — they need this to run the activity. Providers only see bookings and reviews for their own activities, never other providers' data.
4. Third-party services
We use Cloudflare R2 to store activity images, Neon (PostgreSQL) to store account and booking data, and — if you choose to sign in that way — Google for authentication. Each of these processes data only as needed to provide the service.
5. Your choices
You can update your profile details from Account Settings at any time. To request account deletion, contact us and we'll remove your data within a reasonable time.
